The free daily run and sample mode let you test the core game before buying. Arcade Pass is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Checkout asks for your express request for immediate access and acknowledgement that, once supply begins, the statutory withdrawal right for that digital content may end.
When we will put it right
If you are charged but Arcade Pass cannot be supplied or verified, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where the access problem is ours and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, restore access or issue an appropriate refund. Mandatory consumer remedies always remain available.
Change of mind
Once immediate digital access has been supplied with the consent described above, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. Before access begins, any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Requesting help
Email support@realb.it with the purchase email, receipt, approximate purchase time, and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers.
